Terms of Service
1. Using RareStation
By using RareStation, you agree to use the application lawfully and responsibly. RareStation provides inventory, point-of-sale, purchasing, trade, collection, pricing-reference, and business-recordkeeping tools. You remain responsible for transactions and business decisions you make using those tools.
2. Accounts
Certain features may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account information and for activity performed through your account. Information you provide should be accurate and kept reasonably current.
3. Market Data and Pricing
Market prices and estimated values displayed by RareStation are reference information only. Pricing may come from third-party providers and may be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, or inaccurate. RareStation does not guarantee that an item can be purchased, sold, or traded at a displayed value.
4. Transactions
RareStation is a tool used to record and calculate transactions; RareStation is not a buyer, seller, payment processor, marketplace counterparty, or party to transactions entered into by users. You are responsible for confirming product identity, condition, quantity, ownership, pricing, trade value, payment method, and receipt of payment before completing a transaction.
5. Inventory and Business Records
Inventory, cost, revenue, profit, expense, and report calculations are organizational tools. You are responsible for reviewing records for accuracy and maintaining documentation required for your business, accounting, or tax obligations.
6. Third-Party Services and Content
RareStation may rely on third-party services for product data, market data, images, authentication, hosting, card recognition, payments, or other functionality. Third-party services may change, become unavailable, or provide incomplete information. Third-party names, images, artwork, trademarks, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Subscriptions and Purchases
Paid features may be offered through renewable subscriptions or other in-app purchases. Prices and billing periods are displayed before purchase. Subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google are billed to the applicable store account and are managed or canceled through that store. Unless canceled as permitted by the applicable store, a renewable subscription may renew automatically. Deleting RareStation or deleting a RareStation account does not itself cancel a store subscription.
8. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse RareStation, interfere with the service, access another user's account without authorization, use the app for unlawful transactions, or use RareStation in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
9. Availability
RareStation may change, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, continuous availability of third-party data, or error-free operation.
10. Disclaimer and Limitation
RareStation is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made regarding the accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness of market data, calculations, reports, third-party content, or app functionality for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, RareStation is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses resulting from use of or inability to use the service.
11. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated as RareStation changes. The “Last updated” date will be revised when material changes are made. Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
