RARESTATION

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 7, 2026

Information You Provide

RareStation may process information you provide directly, including account information, inventory records, product details, purchase costs, asking prices, transaction records, card-show information, and app settings.

Photos and Card Recognition

When you use card-scanning or recognition features, a photo you choose or capture may be processed to identify the card and provide the requested feature. Images may be transmitted to service providers used to perform recognition. RareStation does not use a submitted card photo for an unrelated purpose merely because it was submitted for recognition.

Account Information

If you create or use an account, authentication information may be processed by the authentication and hosting services used by RareStation. RareStation will not ask you to provide your account password outside the normal sign-in process.

Local App Data

Some settings, catalog information, inventory information, or other app data may be stored locally on your device so RareStation can operate efficiently and support features that do not require a network request.

Third-Party Product Data and Images

RareStation may request product information, market information, and remote image URLs from third-party data providers. Third-party images may be loaded or temporarily cached by the application, device, or supporting services for normal application performance.

How Information Is Used

Information may be used to provide app functionality, maintain inventory and transaction records, calculate totals and reports, remember settings, authenticate accounts, perform card recognition, troubleshoot errors, secure the service, and maintain or improve RareStation.

Service Providers

RareStation may use third-party providers for authentication, databases, hosting, card recognition, product data, market data, payments, app distribution, and similar technical services. Those providers may process information as necessary to provide their services.

Data Sharing

RareStation does not sell your personal information simply because you use the app. Information may be disclosed to service providers that help operate RareStation, when you direct RareStation to share it, when required by law, or when reasonably necessary to protect users, RareStation, or the security and integrity of the service.

Data Retention and Deletion

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain legitimate transaction or business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or protect the service. You may use RareStation's available account-deletion process to request deletion of your account and associated account data. Certain information may be retained when required or permitted for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Children

RareStation is intended as an inventory, collecting, and vendor tool and is not directed to children under 13. RareStation does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in violation of applicable law.

Security

RareStation uses reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated as RareStation changes its features, providers, or data practices. The “Last updated” date will be revised when material changes are made.
